As part of weight loss or a healthy life we often include light products and diet sodas. Some are said to speed up our metabolism and others to be sugar or calorie free. And this year it is the calorie burning sodas that are leading the food trend.

Celsius is a diet soda that is to do all the above things and more according to research. It has been named "THE diet soda 2007" and has received the "Best New Beverage Award 2007". The secret? Green tea and herbs. After this breakthrough many have tried to follow but have not been as successful as Celsius.

I have not tried it so I can't tell you whether I like it or not. I never drink something because it is sugar free or calorie free.

What I am wondering is; how easy is it to fall for things like this? How often do you buy a product because it is sugar free or supposed to be good for you?

I can imagine many falls for things like this but I am afraid that most products promise more than they give in the end.
