Another Diet

I first heard of it from a fitness group on the Internet and decided to investigate a bit further. It is well known for many that cinnamon is said to speed up our metabolism. But combined with honey it is supposed to have even better effect.
Several people say that this little trick has worked for them to lose weight.
So what do you do then, that is probably what you want to know.
According to the Weight-loss advisor you mix one tsp of honey together with half a tsp of cinnamon in a cup and pour over hot/boiled water. Let it stand for half an hour then filter the water through a normal coffee filter.
Drink one half before breakfast and the other half after dinner.
I´m not sure but with all the crazy or unimaginable diets out there, why wouldn´t this work?
This is supposed to really help you lose weight and several people says that it has worked for them.
Curious as I am I might even try it just to see if it actually works, I will have to get back to you on this.

I have been drinking this cinnamon honey mixture for the past more than two months but not reduced even half a kg so far.I am very much disappointed about it. I dont know why it is not effective to me but many people claim it worked for them.

I heard that you should not put the honey in the HOT water-just the cinnamon and when coold\ed then add the honey, something to do with destroying the enzymes of honey with boiled water??

Wish it was that simple. My instinct tells me this is just another useless fad. I personally haven't tried it (maybe I will start today and post again in the future to tell you that it is, indeed, a miracle product?!), but if it were that easy, wouldn't the human race (pharmaceutical companies especially) have been seriously onto it long before now? Cinnamon and honey taste good, and I know how much I love cinnamon essential oil in the bathtub, but let's stop kidding ourselves. The cold, hard truth is that the only real way to lose body fat is to absorb less calories than you are burning on any given day...or get liposuction, I guess ;)

I started the cinnamon & Honey 2 days ago and im not as swollen,sleep better. I also mixed it together and gave it to my husband he was coughing so bad, he hasn't cough in 2 days.
