The guilt

We are so aware that we need to be healthy these days that sometimes it´s impossible to eat something without feeling guilty.

But how guilty should we feel?
There was a time when every time I ate something that contained more than x amount of calories I would feel guilty.
Then one day I said to myself that I had to stop.

Life is not about limiting your life, food and eating is suppose to be enjoyable. Not a pain.
So I simply stopped.

Of course I still feel a bit guilty sometimes, but I know that in general I eat healthily so that extra chocolate cake wont´make me feel so bad.

So if you are one of those counting and cutting and never allowing yourself a piece of cake: relax a little.
Tomorrow you will be healthy again.

This can of course not happen everyday, then you will gain weight.
But every now and again.
Say stop to the guilt. It won´t help you lead a happy and healthy life.
