Stay Healthy

I believe that consistency is the main key. After that we have several smaller goals that are important to remember. Everything we do in our daily routines counts towards a healthy and fit life.
If you want to stay fit or lead a healthy life style and succeed in your training then you need to continue even when you feel like all you want to do is go back to bed.
The Fit List has written about the seven secrets to avoiding fitness failure.
They mention consistency as well as strength and flexibility.
