The one minute workout
Have you heard of the one minute workout? This is a great time saver if you are stressed and still want to work out. Basically what you do is different movements for one minute for ten minutes. So the whole workout is ten minutes. Do you think you can spare ten minutes of your time?

Simple things you can do for ten minutes, each exercise is one minute:
1: Run / rope skipping
2: Push ups
3: Sit ups
4: Run / rope skipping
5: Squats
6: Using a resistance band for leg exercises
7: Using dumbbells for arm exercises
8: Run/ rope skipping
9: Back exercise
10: Heel raising

See, it´s really simple. So if time isn't on your side, then this can be an option. Or a perfect start on the day. Don´t forget to stretch as well afterwards. Of course you can vary the exercises to fit your need.

Over at Youtube you can watch a ten minute video you can follow at home. The only thing you need is a step board.
Make the most out of your ten minutes!
