The Perricone Diet
Can a diet really help you combat your weight and your wrinkles?

I had never heard of such a thing until I found "The Perricone Prescription Diet". It is said that the diet, prescribed by Nicholas Perricone, can help you lose both kilos and wrinkles.

The diet is based on how our body deals with our daily threats like sun, smoking, bad eating habits etc. You can follow a 3 day diet or extend it till 28 days depending on your goals.
What we eat causes inflammation in certain parts of our body and it's by deleting some ingredients that we will become more energized and look healthier.
It looks like any normal diet actually. You eat a few times a day, more natural things than fried of course, add a few of Mr Perricone's own products and you loose weight and possibly wrinkles too.

The promises of extended youth has been doubted by many. Is it really possible to achieve all this? Mr Perricone has been questioned for his vague explanations and research methods.
Mr Perricone has been featured on Oprah as well as on international TV and his books and products are sold worldwide.

Sticking to a healthy diet will of course help you when you get older. That is widely known, so to be on the safe side, use common sense when dieting.
