The right fitness clothes
When you start going to the gym you might want to hide behind baggy clothes.
You haven't worked out for a while or maybe you are starting to work out to loose weight. So you choose a big t-shirt and baggy trousers.

Really you would like to wear fancy fitness tops and tight shorts but you don't want anyone to see how unfit you are.
Actually you can still look good in something more comfortable and more fitness appropriate. Because you have to agree that a big t-shirt won't really help you but more get in the way all the time.

The fitness gear industry is so big today that you will find clothes you like for your new start. Choose something that is still a little bit loose but won't keep you from doing your exercises properly.

You will sweat a lot and your clothes need to be the kind that can handle that without making you feel uncomfortable. And you should want to use the clothes for several days a week.

If you can splash out then why not buy different styles and colors to make sure you always look and feel good. That way you can relax more and enjoy your trip to the gym without having to worry about you are wearing.

Your clothes need to be appropriate to the kind of sport you are doing as well of course. If you attend a lot of classes then the clothes you use in the gym might not be the most suitable. There is something for everyone and every sport.

Have fun choosing your new clothes!
