The walking clown
Kids loves to play and everyone knows that they can run around for hours.
So what better way to get your small kids to exercise than to make it in to a play? Something that makes them laugh and enjoy being outside.

The Walking clowns is a new activity which includes exercising with clowns for children aged 5-11. The aim of the sessions is to improve cardiovascular fitness, balance and co-ordination, increase endurance levels and tackle a major concern in childhood obesity.
From herts24.com.uk

As a mother I think this sounds great! The clown is Margaret Peplow who came up with this wonderful idea after losing her husband in an accident. Left with two kids to raise she started thinking about how to activate them. And now she is the new clown in Hartham Common, England.

Great initiative, I hope all the parents in Hartham Common brings their kids to her sessions!
