Tomorrow is a new week

A new week for work and also a new week for fitness and a healthy life. If you have thought about taking up an exercise for some time now let this be the week when you actually do it. There is no use in delaying it any longer.
Let this be the week when you add more vegetables on your plate or walk another 15 minutes everyday.
Have a nice week and make sure you make the best of everyday!
