To have beautiful legs and thighs is a wish for many women. Women want slim thighs but can find it difficult to tone that area.
Afraid of getting too big some women don´t go too far when training their legs. But there are several exercises you can do without having to worry too much about getting big and bulky.
MyFit has got many exercises for your thighs and all parts of the body to vary your workout. Make sure you do all the exercises as described, if an exercise doesn´t feel right, do something else.
As usual good eating habits and regular workout will help you in the long run.
