Track your diet
Filed in archive Another Diet on March 6, 2007
There are many programs out there that offers weight loss help.
I would like to keep track of everything I eat and all the exercise I do but writing down numbers is so boring so when I found this page I thought I'd give it a try!
It' called Track Your Diet.
You can sign up for a free membership or pay a low monthly fee. I tried the free version and that is absolutely OK for a start. You enter your weight and you goal weight. The you add your daily meals, a food planner. There you will see everything you eat everyday and you can also write your own notes and tell how you are feeling that day.
After that you enter your exercise level, there are options to choose from already, you tell how long you did the exercise and calculate your calories.
You also need to calculate your daily calorie intake so that you can get better results.
When you're done you get your report saying how many calories, carbs and fat you have eaten and how many calories you've burned through exercise.
I liked the site I, there is a great tutorial that you should check out first to get use to the system. And I like the feature that you can enter a journal to keep better track of what you eat.
As with everything that has to do with weight loss you have to use your common sense and not trust a computer program blindly!
I will continue with this one for a few days and tell you the results and also inform you of other similar sites.
If you haven't yet started writing down your daily meals and activities then start now!
