Training your calves the right way
This is something the men probably are more interesting in than the women. Training your calves the right way.

Men prefer not to have to small and thin calves whereas women don't want them to be too big. It's all a matter of personal taste.

There are many things you need to think about before doing your calf exercise so that you will benefit the most. Two things to take into consideration is; your muscles and how you want your calves to look afterwards.

Instead of me telling you lots of different exercises to do, have a look at what Bodybuilding.com recommends, using pictures for you to see exactly what you need to do.
If you use a barbell you can use it for your calves exercise as well

It's always good that we pay attention to parts of our body that we tend to neglect usually, in this case our calves. But we really shouldn't as they are essential for our everyday life so why not make sure that they are strong?
