Turning vegetarian
Many people think that turning vegetarian or vegan will help them loose weight.

That is actually not true.
Yes you probably will loose a kilo or two but you could as well gain weight!
How you ask?

Well, simply, a lot of people start adding sauces, extra butter, another piece of this or that and whoops you gained weight instead of loosing it.
Being vegetarian doesn't automatically mean that you are healthy. Yes you will probably eat a whole lot more vegetables than a non-vegetarian but it also depends on what you add to your plate.

I was vegetarian for over 2years and I loved it. But I was in my teens and my family weren't vegetarians. My mother tried to cook for me but she gave up and so ended my vegerianism. I remember that I felt good not eating meat and was very happy with my choice. I still prefer to not eat meat, I still eat meat every day but I am also thinking of becoming a vegetarian again.

Before you turn vegetarian you should try to make sure that you know how to get all the nutrients your body needs. You will need to eat more beans for example, so if you don't like beans you better find out what to eat instead
