TV to inspire us to get fit

Do you like watching TV shows like "The Biggest Loser" or other programs where you see how people change their habits?

I have to say I do and the other day I saw a woman who was very overweight who had lost almost 100 kilos because of the show she participated in.
That is something that impresses me.

There are so many of us who say we want to lose a few kilos and we can´t do it because we don´t put any effort in to it. But these people they really need to lose a lot and it goes to show that it is possible.

I know these programs are mainly for TV channels to get more viewers but they are helping people to change their lives, which is a good thing.
Just make sure you don´t spend too much time watching TV and become a couch potato. Get inspired and get up and exercise!
