Vary your walking terrain

Do you want to increase your muscles and improve your stamina? Want to feel that after every walk you have had a good workout? If you are tired of your walks you should seek to improve them.
It's easy to improve your walks; simply vary your terrain whenever you can.
You can vary it in many ways, walking on the beach, walking up and down hills, walk further, discover a new route, the options are many.
The summer is over but that doens´t mean you should leave the beach.
There is no beach here where I live so walking in the sand is not an option. But for those of you who has the possibility to do so it's a great way to vary your walking. Walking in the sand can be hard and you often get tired after a while if you are not used to it.
You can also vary your walking terrain by walking up and down hills. High or low, they are all good butt and leg workouts. I try to make sure that there is always at least one hill included during my walks.
Walking on grass is also good as long as you make sure you are not harming the nature too much. Use walking paths whenever you can. Walking in the forest is a wonderful thing. You are in touch with nature and still doing something good for yourself. Walking in the forest means you step over stones and other things that lie in your way, another way to vary your walk. Just be careful not to stumble.
Don´t go the same old way everyday, vary your walk today!
