Exercises For Everyone

That also means that sometimes we skip our exercise to have time to do something else. Possible reasons could be: it takes too long to get to the gym, it's cold outside, I haven't got any nice clothes and don't want to make a fool of myself, I'm lazy and I'd rather stay inside.
Well all these excuses actually have a cure.
Do you remember Janet Fonda and her exercise videos? That's the answer!
You don't have to go outside, you save time going to the gym, you don't have to worry about what clothes you are wearing and it's in the comfort of your own home.
Isn't that great?
There are many videos you can choose from, and today with DVD you can probably get many videos in one DVD. Everything to make it easier for you.
Have a look and see If you find a video that's for you, with some many videos to choose from it's hard to find a good excuse why you shouldn't exercise

OH I love working out with DVD's - and yes I worked out to Jane Fonda (oh I can't believe I'm that old lol). I love the Firm workouts but I love to walk in the spring and summer. I'm just too much of a wuss to go out in the cold. DVD's are a great alternative to going to the gym or when the weather is bad. I'm addicted to them :)
