Walking in the rain
Many of us use the rain as an excuse to not go outside but to stay inside instead.

It can be very tempting to stay inside when it´s raining but if you go out you will find that it is very refreshing. As fall approaches rain is inevitable and you will just have to make the most out of it.

Prepare yourself for a rainy walk:
* Use layers to make sure you don´t get too hot or freeze.
* Use a raincoat or wind jacket so you don´t get wet. There are several different kinds available so check your sport shop for one that suits you.
* Waterproof sneakers. Most sneakers aren't water proof but do try to use a pair that will keep you dry.
* A baseball cap for extra protection unless your raincoat or jacket has a good head cap to protect you from the rain.

Now that you are prepared there should be nothing to stop you from going outside for a walk. And if you are still not up for it then you can always do some exercise inside like the one minute workout. Me, I prefer to walk outside and smell the fresh air that comes with the rain. It´s a nice way to clear your thoughts, somehow the rain makes everything clearer afterwards. Not only your mind but also the sky and nature, I like that.

The weather prognosis here is rain for several days to come so I´m already prepared, are you?
