Want to get slim? Eat more chili!

If you need to lose weight it might be tempting to buy one of these ready to diet packs and pills offering miracles. But before you try that why not go for the natural stuff first?

Did you know that by adding certain food to your diet you can increase your calorie burning? You might have noticed that the people in Asia are slimmer than the Europeans or Americans? And what does their diet contain? Well if you look closely in a recipe you will see it contains 3 main ingredients: garlic, chili and ginger.

These ingredients have a lot of anti oxidants and other nutrients that are good for your health.
They are very versatile ingredients so you can use them in just about any food. Spicy to sweet desserts. Be aware of the sugar though when making desserts.
For Chili pepper stories check out Fiery Foods. It´s all about chilies.

Why not make a Chinese chili paste with garlic and ginger to spice up your meal?
Well it is said that there is no such thing as fat burning food. I want to believe there is so I´m sticking to it.

What do you think, can we boost our metabolism by eating chilies and spicy food?
