We walk faster than ever
Did you know that we are walking faster than ever before these days? Research says that we walk 10% faster today than we did in the 90´s.
But is it good for us? Unfortunately we are not talking about healthy walking here but stress walking. Stress brings nothing good with it so our walks aren't benefiting us but putting more stress on our already stressed bodies.
Instead of putting time aside for exercise we walk faster and stress during the day and at night we collapse in the sofa because we stressed too much. Wouldn't it be better to stress less and exercise more? Surely you will work more efficiently then and by doing that you save time.
There is nothing wrong in walking fast, I do it too and very fast, but I don't stress.
I do believe there is a difference there.
I'm all for walking fast but not for walking fast because I'm stressed.
