Every so often we delay things until tomorrow, next week, next year, or until indefinite future.
We usually start diets on a Monday because it's a new week. Well who said it needs to be Monday to be a new week in your life? You can start your new week at anytime. Be it Wednesday or Saturday.
Too many of us wait until it feels as if it's too late to start again. When our life is OK, work is not too demanding, we have a good social life, maybe no kids, we feel as if we can go on forever in the same way.
And one day it all says bang! Work is awful, you argue with your boss all the time, your spouse is complaining you are never at home; you can't remember when you last had a good nights sleep. And on it goes.
That's when you stop and think; what do I need to be happy and healthy again?
Because stressed people usually don't feel very healthy.
Some people need more than just a stressed job, they need a heart attack or something terrible to realize they are not treating their mind and body the best way. That's when they stop.
Please, take a moment to think about what you need to be happy if you are not feeling the way you would like to. Don´t let it happen too late.
