Strenght and workouts
by Linda Hernestal da Silva on October 25, 2007
On too many occasions I've heard women saying they are worried about getting more muscles than they want when working out. Is this such a big problem? Maybe we are creating a problem that is not necessary?
Of course we women don't want to be as big as men, we are supposed to be slim and "toned". In other words we are supposed to be slim but still have our curves that show our female side.
I think we shouldn't worry too much about it actually but make sure we stay fit and healthy instead. There are other things to worry about when it comes to health than if you are strong. Better to be strong than weak is my philosophy.
What do you think? Should we worry? Do you worry about this?
