Finally a desk has been invented for us wanting to move a little extra while we are on our computers. The "walk and work" desk is here!
Seriously, this is just great, what amazes me is that it hasn't been invented before or as exposed as it is today. At least I have never heard of it.
You can make sure you are active when you are working, which probably in the long run will lead to greater concentration and better work results, as well as a weight loss result.
I can imagine that in the first few days you might get a bit tired or having problems with your coordination, but then you'll get used to it.
It might not be the ideal solution to losing weight but it looks like a good start.
Of course you are not suppose to do this all day, but a few hours each day surely can't hurt.
How many times haven't I tried doing some kinds of exercise in front of the computer. I've even tried indoor bicycling, but writing at the same time makes it hard.
So if your boss hasn't yet invested in this it's time you tell him to!
See, now you can work out at work without having to use your lunch hour.

your technique might help me because i remain seated in the office chair almost 14 hours a day and this may lead to back pain in future.
Thanks much...
