Workout without machines
Do you like kick boxing and a good workout without using machines?

Mardi and sandy have started Goals in Motion, a gym where there are no machines; what you use is your body.
You get a full workout by using different techniques, kick boxing and medicine balls.

They have a program they call 9 Week GIM Total Body Fitness Challenge, in which you go to their gym six days a week for nine weeks.
The participant with the best results at the end of the challenge will win $600 and a $100 gift certificate.

Goals in Motion Fitness is located in Urbansdale, Iowa so if you live around that area this could be something worth checking out. I think it sounds great that you use your whole body instead of relying on machines to help you get fit. They also offer Family Boot camp for families.

Reading the testimonials and seeing the before and after pictures makes me want to get up and start a workout right away! Working out is great and feeling energized is the best reward afterwards.

This also shows that just using your body and it´s full capacity can get you in shape in no-time.
