You are what you eat

You are what you eat
You cannot have missed this saying. You are what you eat.

In Britain everyone knows this program and Gillian McKeith. She's changed the life of hundreds of people through her TV show.
And what's so amazing about her life philosophy?
It works! Or t least that's what the majority of people seem to think.

With Gillian most things are natural. No more frying, red meat or binging. She actually shows you what you are eating and how it affects your body. Through a simple tongue test she can tell what nutrients your body is lacking.

There is no limit to how much you can eat as long as you eat the right things she says in her book; You are what you eat Cookbook.
Her plan is for life not just a week or two and if you don't follow it through her way, then you might as well just leave it.

You are what you eat was shown on channel 4 in the UK. There you can read the stories and find advice from Gillian. She also shares her weekly meal plans. You start on week one if you are new and continue for as long as you like and have got in to the Gillian rhythm.

With her meal plans you will get your energy back in no time. I love her meal plans because they feel nutritious and the food is tasty and not boring at all. Some nutritionists does question how nutritious the food she suggests actually is though.

Her approach to loosing weight healthy eating has been questioned by many but Gillian her self says she's a pioneer in her area. She has her own online shop with information and books to buy.

It's a quick change as the make-over is 8 weeks. Most people stick to their new eating habits as I've understood it, although some go back to their not so healthy life style.

As with all diets and change of eating habits it is good to research before going ahead.
