If you like Zumba.and feeling the rhythms while dancing instead of sweating in a gym then maybe you should try the new trend:
You will roll your hips and get a real workout while having fun. Actually it´s not that new, it has been around in Miami since 1999, but it isn´t until now that the rest of the world is getting into it.
It is basically a mixture of salsa, merengue combined with aerobic steps. If you want to burn calories it´s great. And it seems like a great thing to do as everyone can do it, young or old, age is no problem. It is said to be a great workout and a good way to tone up.
I haven´t tried Zumba, I´m not even sure it exists here in Brazil, but I will definitely go and see if I can find a DVD with it, it seems to be very fun! I like the mixture of Latin beat and rhythms with fitness and aerobic.
So right now it seems as if Zumba is the way to fitness.
