The National Women's Health & Fitness Day is arriving soon, with it's aim to encourage women from across the world to stay fit and healthy. The National Women's Health & Fitness Day is run and organised by the Health Information Research Center. This year marks the 9th running of the annual event, where women will pull out their gym clothes and fitness gear and commit to a healthy lifestyle.
It is hoped that at least 100,000 women will join in the event this year to learn about their health as well as participate in the events located in 1400 community areas across the United States. You can expect to see a variety of different kinds of workouts and exercise activities to suit all levels of fitness and all ages. These include fitness walks, exercise demonstrations, health information workshops and health fairs where products will be sold.
