The fitness jogging-buddy attaches to a wristband and can track a user&#39;s activity, whether it&#39;s running, cycling or sofa surfing. The MOTOACTV fitness device also tracks heart rates and calculates calories. Additionally, it doubles up as a music player and features an FM radio with GPS functionality. One can get tips and training plans from fitness experts on their website: MOTOACTV.com as well as on Android phones through its free mobile application. The device shall be available in Latin America and Europe from the first quarter of 2012.</p>

The fitness jogging-buddy attaches to a wristband and can track a user&#39;s activity, whether it&#39;s running, cycling or sofa surfing. The MOTOACTV fitness device also tracks heart rates and calculates calories. Additionally, it doubles up as a music player and features an FM radio with GPS functionality. One can get tips and training plans from fitness experts on their website: MOTOACTV.com as well as on Android phones through its free mobile application. The device shall be available in Latin America and Europe from the first quarter of 2012.</p>

<p>The US surgeon general made some comments on healthy exercise and <a target="_blank" href="http://thechart.blogs.cnn.com/2011/08/22/surgeon-general-hair-shouldnt-keep-you-out-of-gym/">hairstyles</a> this week at the Bronner Bros. International Hair Show, and the gist of her message to women is that concerns about messing up their hairstyle should not keep them out of the gym. </p>
<p>Dr. Regina Benjamin talked openly about the widely held belief that many women don&#39;t exercise because of worries about this issue, and she admitted that even she has struggled with this concern in the past. She said that many women are concerned about sweating because it will mess up their expensive salon &#39;dos and they don&#39;t want to spend more to get their hair done again. Her suggestion is that women seek out exercise friendly hairstyles, and she also recommends exercising at night so that you can go home right after you finish and don&#39;t have to worry about going out in public with bad hair.</p>

My neighbor and I have been keeping up our walking every weekday morning. We&#39;re feeling better, more vibrant, and focused on our general intent to improve our health. On yesterday&#39;s walk, we started talking about the basic principles of good <a target="_blank" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health">health</a>. Of course, food was the first thing that came up! It seems we&#39;ve both been more willing to get up and walk in the morning than to make some changes in our diets. So we realized that making changes that feel simple is a good approach to improving our meal plans. Then, to keep ourselves enthused about making changes, we also decided to incorporate a greater variety of foods. Yesterday afternoon, she gave me a ring, saying I should go online to see what she had found…ordering meats online! I didn&#39;t know that it&#39;s possible, for example, to <a target="_blank" href="http://www.farmerschoice.co.uk/meat/buyporkjoints">buy pork online</a>. We&#39;re going to choose free-range…and while we&#39;re at it, we&#39;re going to surprise our husbands with some <a target="_blank" href="ttp://www.farmerschoice.co.uk/meat/buygame">wild game meat</a> as well! We were intrigued by the prospect of buying good meats online. We also think this will help us with the idea of making things simple (ordering online is just that!) and the idea of putting greater variety onto our dinner tables! If you haven&#39;t already, perhaps you might like to see what you can find available online&#8211;that you might not have expected to see&#8211;that can help you make good changes in your diet. It&#39;s a great complement to good exercise!</p>

This breaks down to about 15 minutes per day, and for most people they can get this amount of exercise from doing some typical household chores. However, the survey has been criticized for a lack of dependability on one of its protocols, which based the results on self assessments of exercise activity. </p>
<p>The survey was broad as it included responses from over <a target="_blank" href="http://inventorspot.com/articles/what_bargain_15_minutes_exercise_3_extra_years_life">400,000</a> people over an 8 year period. However, it failed to factor in other important variables like diet, preexisting conditions or stress. This make it hard to argue that exercise was the causal factor behind the increase in life expectancy although it is certainly a possibility.</p>
