Have you started eating of the Christmas food yet? Worried that you will eat too much?

There is so much to do around Christmas that you don't really have to worry too much. Unless you are the kind of person that stuff yourself full and then lie on the couch for the rest of the holidays then you can eat without feeling too guilty.

Of course most of us eat much more than we should but thankfully Christmas only comes once a year. If you think about all the preparations that are included before Christmas even gets here, then you will see that it all burns more calories than you think.

You need to sing, chop wood for the fire, kiss under the mistletoe, build snowman's, mingle, it all burns calories!
It doesn't matter if you have snow or not, there are several fun games and activities that you can do to make sure this Christmas is an active Christmas.

Go on; have fun, enjoy yourself and burn some calories at the same time!

Playing golf can seem like a very slow motion sport and might not be your first alternative when it comes to trying a new sport, but playing golf burn more calories than you might think.

If you feel that going to the gym isn't for you there are still several activities you can do to exercise and have fun at the same time. Some of these activities don't even feel as an exercise because you are enjoying it so much. There are hundreds of sports to chose from so there is surely something to suit you. If you are not sure what sports to take up then try a new one. Or why not try a new one every month?

You can try, yoga, volleyball, beach volley, horse riding, hockey, running, walking, cycling, mountain bike riding, baseball, golf, climbing, tennis, boxing, martial arts and many more. There are so many different sports that it will take a lifetime to get through them all if you ask me. So you have tried Tai Chi but have you tried Tai Chi Chuan? From one sport you can discover many alternatives.

So don't give up if you haven't found the right sport for you, try an alternative sport and start exercising!

Out with the old and in with the new, it's time for you to get to know your labels and secure your pantry against unhealthy food.

Go through your pantry and set aside everything that is not healthy such as jams, chips and snacks. At Healthy Food you will find the healthy food pantry checklist which will help you so that you always have healthy options at home. It is a basic list of good ingredients to have at home ensuring healthier eating.

But having a checklist won't help much unless you know what you are buying so learn to read your labels and make healthier choices! As the outside many times is better than the inside; don't be fooled by the package, read the labels and get the facts!

You have tried every diet there is but haven't yet been successful at losing weight and are just about to give up. Well don't just yet, there might be another thing that will make you lose the weight for good; hypnosis.

We all know who Paul McKenna is and how he hypnotizes people with the snap of his fingers. But he doesn't only do it to get people to laugh but also for them to lose weight and today it is an up going trend followed by many.

You can either go to a hypnotherapist and get help or you can try a lighter variant at home by yourself. Hypnosis might seem a little extreme to some but I believe that there are plenty of more health threatening diets out there than hypnosis.
